Embodied Movement

This open process enables an individual to move more fully and creatively explore their range of movement possibilities. We will work with structured movement explorations and guided improvisations. Drawing upon Kinetic Awareness and Body-Mind Centering® techniques, we will investigate the full and dynamic integration of body systems (i.e. fluids and the muscular, skeletal, glandular, and nervous systems). This approach allows a person to find the support for effortless movement and ultimately allows for greater body awareness and range of movement choices.
